A local kickboxing club is celebrating a successful launch after enrolling 9 new members in the first two weeks.
Trojan Warriors Martial Arts was formed at the start of the year by second degree black belt Sifu James Holloway. Holloway said “Since the launch date, everyone that came for a free taster session has signed up to be a member, so far the feedback has been really positive and our new members are loving the classes. We hope to make a massive impact in the local area.”
The club meets on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday in Christchurch and teaches various forms of martial arts with a strong emphasis on self-defence, and members are able to grade twice a year to work towards their belts.
