Why kickboxing?

There are hundreds of different styles of martial arts to choose from, what are the benefits of kickboxing and why should you pick it over another style of martial arts?

It will increase strength, confidence and coordination for a start, it provides an excellent cardio workout and you get to learn how to defend yourself if the need should ever arise (which we hope it never does)
